Shannon coaches leaders and executives on how they can become a better version of themselves. She focuses on helping leaders become more effective and improve their leadership in order to improve results and the bottom line.
After graduating from Harding University, Shannon went on to excel in the areas of sales and marketing with several different companies in both the profit and not for profit sectors. She always found herself looking at leadership and working to improve both herself and the leaders around her as she moved through her career. Seeking a masters in counseling, she went to Gordon Conwell Seminary and during that time she was also certified as a Leadership Coach through Coach U, one of the pioneering coaching programs in the US. That certification changed the direction of her life and business. She now focuses only on leadership development and is passionate about seeing leaders become more effective. She has worked with leaders in companies such as Fluor, Clemson, Confluence Outdoor, Southern First and other companies throughout the southeast.
